We’ve tried to keep these terms simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect from us — and what we expect from you.

By creating an account or using Shipnexa, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who Can Use Shipnexa

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Please use your real name, correct address, and a valid email ID while signing up.
• Keep your password safe. Anything done through your account is considered your responsibility.
• Don’t use Shipnexa for anything illegal, harmful, or against Indian laws.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

When you use Shipnexa, you agree that:

• All information you upload — images, shipment details, product descriptions, etc. — belongs to you or you have the right to use it.
• You won’t upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.

3. Our Service Promise (And Limits)

We work hard to provide a smooth experience, but like any technology platform:

• The service is provided “as available.”
• We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or error-free performance.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by internet issues, third-party logistics delays, or technical failures outside our control.
• We always aim to improve, but we cannot promise that every feature will meet every expectation.

4. Respectful Use

We believe in mutual respect.

• Any abuse, threats, or harassment toward Shipnexa staff, partners, or customers may lead to immediate account termination.
• Do not copy, resell, or misuse Shipnexa’s technology, branding, or services without written permission.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

• You keep ownership of the content you upload.
• By uploading it to Shipnexa, you allow us to store, display, and process it only for service-related purposes.
• We do not claim ownership of your product images or business data.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Your trust matters to us.

• Personal data is encrypted during storage and transfer.
• We only keep data for as long as needed for orders, tax rules, or legal compliance.
• Security incidents, if any, are handled promptly and transparently.
• We never sell your personal data.

7. Payments & Fees

• Fees and billing follow the agreement or invoice shared with you.
• Taxes (GST or others) are additional wherever applicable.
• Shipnexa generally does not offer refunds unless clearly stated in writing.

8. Cancellation & Account Closure

• You may close your account anytime.
• Once closed, your data may be permanently deleted.
• In cases of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity, we may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

9. Changes to Service or Pricing

As Shipnexa grows, features or pricing may change.

• We may update services, tools, or plans from time to time.
• We will try to communicate major changes, but some updates may happen without advance notice.

10. Items You Cannot Ship Through Shipnexa

For safety, legal, and logistics reasons, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Cash, gold, silver, diamonds, bullion, or precious stones
• Weapons, explosives, or military items
• Drugs, narcotics, or illegal medicines
• Hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, or poisons
• Pornographic or obscene material
• Live animals or human/animal body parts
• Currency, bearer cheques, or financial instruments
• Endangered plants, sandalwood, asbestos, or restricted natural resources

If such items are shipped, Shipnexa and its logistics partners will not be responsible for loss, damage, or legal consequences.

11. Your Store Responsibilities

If you run an online store using Shipnexa, you agree to:

• Maintain your own Privacy Policy and Customer Terms
• Follow tax, consumer protection, and e-commerce laws
• Treat customers fairly and transparently

12. Legal Understanding

• These terms form the complete agreement between you and Shipnexa.
• If we don’t enforce a rule immediately, it doesn’t mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
