Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing Support@shipnexa.in
  2. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
  3. If you cancel the Service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid you will not be charged again.
  4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the  service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  5. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies,  may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.

This Shipping Policy outlines how shipments are booked, processed, and delivered through Shipnexa. By using our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Nature of Service

Shipnexa is a technology-based courier aggregation platform. We do not directly transport parcels. Shipments are fulfilled through third-party courier and logistics partners selected by the user at the time of booking.


2. Shipment Booking

  • Users must provide accurate sender and receiver details, including address, phone number, and PIN/ZIP code.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays, additional charges, or shipment returns.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring that parcel dimensions and weight entered are correct.

3. Courier Partner Selection

  • Multiple courier partners may be available based on serviceability and pricing.
  • Estimated delivery timelines shown on the platform are approximate and may vary due to operational, weather, regional, or unforeseen conditions.
  • Shipnexa does not guarantee delivery time unless explicitly mentioned as a guaranteed service.

4. Packaging Responsibility

  • Proper and secure packaging is the responsibility of the sender.
  • Shipnexa or its courier partners are not liable for damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times depend on courier partner schedules and service availability.
  • Failed pickups or deliveries due to incorrect details, unavailability, or refusal by the receiver may attract re-attempt or return charges.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Users must not ship illegal, hazardous, perishable, or restricted goods including but not limited to:

  • Explosives, firearms, or flammable items
  • Narcotics or illegal substances
  • Currency, precious metals, or high-value jewelry (unless permitted)
  • Perishable food items without proper declaration
  • Any item prohibited by local or national law

Shipnexa reserves the right to cancel or hold shipments that violate these rules.


7. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, customs clearance, or regional disruptions.

8. Tracking & Notifications

  • Shipment tracking is available through the platform once the courier partner updates status.
  • Real-time tracking depends on courier partner systems and may occasionally experience delays.

9. Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
  • Return shipping charges will be applicable and deducted or invoiced to the user.

10. Loss or Damage

  • In case of loss or damage, claims must be raised within the specified timeframe mentioned on the platform.
  • Compensation, if applicable, will be subject to courier partner policies, declared value, and verification.
  • Shipnexa acts only as a facilitator and final liability rests with the courier partner as per their terms.

11. Service Limitations

Shipnexa shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipment information provided by the user
  • Government restrictions or regulatory actions
  • Courier partner operational issues

12. Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
